This year the wine fairs kicked off in Catalunya and I set myself the task of discovering Xarel·lo, a grape with an exotic name that I’d thought very little about.
This was like xxx to read. Got a chance to rope climb Monserrat a couple years ago and a lot of it is actually cobble, which i didn’t know was a type of rock! Can’t wait to revisit the area for mas jugo y felicidad!
